She lost 90 pounds in less than a year!


She lost 90 pounds (40kg) in less than a year.

Tips I got from her video:
Watch your food! It's alright to crave and want for food but you are on a DIET.
Exercise!!!! She mainly did Treadmill, Elliptical and Stationary Bike
Tone while you lose weight.

Total inspiration. I hope that in ONE YEAR I can show amazing results too :D
